No. They are paid separately, as a monthly or yearly subscription, like any third-party services (e-commerce platform, tools, advertising budgets). We advise you on the choice and take care of going live.
No. Our monthly plans (SEO, advertising, marketing, social media, maintenance) have no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.
Yes. Depending on the plan, support is included after go-live (for example 1 month in the Pro showcase website and online shop plans, or a 3-month warranty for apps). After that, our monthly maintenance contracts, with no commitment and from €49 per month, take care of updates, backups and the security of your website.
Yes. Once the project has been paid in full, the website, its content and its design belong to you. Licensed items (themes, plugins, fonts, photos) remain subject to their publishers' terms.
Yes. We set up a simple admin interface, and onboarding training is included in many plans (see the details on the Pricing page). That way you stay independent day to day.
