What we do
The audit covers four areas: technical, SEO, user experience and acquisition. Each finding comes with an estimate of impact and effort, so actions can be ranked by profitability rather than by perceived urgency.
-
1
Scoping interview
We clarify your business goals, your constraints and the decisions the audit needs to inform.
-
2
Technical and SEO analysis
Speed, indexing, structure, markup, current rankings and the general health of your website.
-
3
Competitor analysis
Study of the positioning, channels and content of three to five direct competitors.
-
4
Acquisition assessment
Measurement of the real return of each channel used today and identification of untapped opportunities.
-
5
Debrief and roadmap
Presentation of the findings with commentary and delivery of a prioritised, costed and dated action plan.

Service FAQ
To find out whether rebuilding it is really the priority. In many cases, a decent but invisible website benefits more from SEO work than from a complete redesign.
No. The roadmap is a standalone deliverable. Some clients carry it out in-house, others hand it to a third party, and that is fine with us.
Ideally Google Analytics, Google Search Console and read access to the website admin. Failing that, the audit is still possible with external tools, but the findings are less precise.
Two to four weeks between the scoping interview and the debrief, depending on the size of the website and the number of channels to analyse.
Yes, the cost of the audit is deducted from the first service you commission within three months of the debrief.
